    7x to 6x Multiplier

In the bios (F7) of my GA-x48-DQ6 I INPOST 440 of the FSB and 7x multiplier, when I open CPUZ restart and find a 6x multiplier and occasionally skips to a 7x, I think when some startup program. Now I forgot to cancel some ozione energy-saving or is a problem?

The processor is an E6750, which I often use setting for games, video conversion, etc. without going to 4000mhz?, A slight overclock, to give some of "pepper" in addition to the system but use it safely without burning anything.

I've left some active control of energy ....
    Often advisable.
The one that best meets your needs ..
    I tried on 3.5-3.7GHz

I thought, since the card allows me to save several profiles, to keep everything in default for use "Mediacenter" and a profile more stringent for games, but the frequencies that I say you do not have some pull?

If you have the cooler I would sink the 3-3.2GHz latest, if you have an aftermarket heatsink frequencies that have pulled it, but you can use in daily use (I have a e6400@3.4GHz).

However for media center, its 'important' that it does not make noise. If it does not make noise then will be more strong and better.
