Temps high so update BIOS ASUS P5Q-E

I need your help because I would like to upgrade the bios of my ASUS Mobo p5q-e. This is due to the fact that yesterday a strange thing happened, monitored the temps with everest and were ok. Mobo mutual 32nd and 35th different core about 30 using sight. So I rebooted the PC and while I loaded an appearance Written type temperature too high premiums for the F1 resume, after everest on the temp of the procedure was 122°. It seems to me absurd!

Go on the asus site, download the updated bios first of all.
Then unzip the file to a floppy \ usb stick. Enter in the bios setup, try the voice Z-Flash and then load the bios.
