Overclocking Q6600 and DDR3 memory question

I have an issue which I failed to do it even by myself. What is the interest to a hard disk raid 0? I have a SATA II Seagate 500GB HDD for my backups just for me? I 've got a football P5E3 premium mobo from asus which does not recognize my DDR3 in spite recognizes it as 1333MHz on manual config and increased to 1.6 v and bios update? I hope that someone can explain me the frequency of my RAM which is tested on a manually based frequency. I also love my Q6600 to overclock 3.2 / 3.6 Ghz somebody sp What is the procedure
to do it?

The HDD that am using is Sata only and not Sata II!

try an 8x multi...
for 8x400 for 3.2ghz
your FSB will end up as 1600mhz (totally fine)
then just OC your RAM to 1600mhz with as tight a timings as is stable
RAM 1:1 @ 1600mhz and your CPU is double that....

for a start....I would try the following voltages

1.45v CPU for B3 revision chip or 1.4v CPU for G0 revision chip
(work your way down to whatever voltage from there according to stability)
1.4-1.5v for the Northbridge
and 2.1v for the Memory

I would also encourage setting up your ram timings manually so see what is recommended for your dimms.
