Vcore on 4CoreDual-SATA2

hello,
Following several overclock no stable, I increase the Vcore. The only problem I can not find it is in the BIOS.it is not adjustable, and where to do that ?

config:
Intel E2160, 1.8GHz (9 * 200)
Ram: 1 Gb
Bios 1.8

I was thinking.
By chance, there is not a tool (other than the hammer ) that would change the Vcore? That proposed by ASRock would be tempting if it was compatible with my CM What do I risk if I use it despite the inconsistency?
A former Bios could allow the trick?

Ah ah, it has already tested the universal tool for bringing the barrettes in their slot? for vcore you can always feed the pc phase
