I think your Motherboard supports DDR2 533/667/800MHz Memory,4 x 240-pin DIMM Sockets - 8GB Max
So probably you should cosider your RAM according to speed only. 800Mhz will be the best.

Q6600 works fine with any DDR2 800 since you will only be limited if you go over 3.6GHz which I doubt on that MSI board. The FSB at 3.6GHz is 400MHz which will be in 1:1 ratio with DDR2 800. Any higher will be not make a good balance. Good luck

Re: Which RAM is good For Overclocking?

Hi your mother board has

NVIDIA DualDDR2 architecture

- Supports DDR2 533/667/800MHz Memory
- 4 x 240-pin DIMM Sockets - 8GB Max
- NVIDIA QuickSync
- Fourth Generation DASP

so you can opt for transcend 2gb 800 MHz ram which is available for sale at around 1400-1600 INR.
