Which RAM is good For Overclocking?

Hi guys these are my specification
Desktop:
Q6600 3.00 GHz,nForce MSI P7N 750i,Vista 64bit,EVGA 9800 GX2, 2GB RAM

Now the thing is that i am going to purchace a 4GB RAM and i want the best which suits with my specification in order to achive a good Overclocking my system. And i really don't have more knowledge about overclocking parameters so that i can decide which one is best for me.So friends please suggest me according to my specs for which one i should go. Thanks in advance.

I think your Motherboard supports DDR2 533/667/800MHz Memory,4 x 240-pin DIMM Sockets - 8GB Max
So probably you should cosider your RAM according to speed only. 800Mhz will be the best.

Your Motherboard supports DDR2 modules so here is list of all RAM's supported by yuor Mobo List of chips used on DDR2 RAM modules

Q6600 works fine with any DDR2 800 since you will only be limited if you go over 3.6GHz which I doubt on that MSI board. The FSB at 3.6GHz is 400MHz which will be in 1:1 ratio with DDR2 800. Any higher will be not make a good balance. Good luck
