Very High CPU temperatures on XP

I have Windows XP Professional installed on my computer. I like to play PC games very much. About a couple of days before I downloaded and installed a third party file from internet for my game. Sooner I noticed that there is something unusual happening to my computer like some adult thing comes up suddenly. So I immediately deleted those files.

After that I used SpeedFan just to see my computer details. According to it, my CPU which was around 52 Centigrade.

Is that normal? Do I need to do anything more? And what about the CPU temperature!

Don't worry friend because that is neither too high nor normal to CPU temperature.

According to me, that is some virus activity (may be some kind of Trojan)and needs to be removed as soon as possible. Scan your computer with a good anti-virus (an updated one).

And better avoid downloading any such files in the near future from an unsecured site or unsecured network.
