430 Watts of Power Supply is enough for overclocking

    Hello to all

I have read in a magazine about we can overclock at a minimal rate "The performance of the best machines without paying the price".

    Here are the specs
    Intel Core2Duo E8400
    -Gigabyte EP45-DS3R
    512mb-HD4850
    -2gb DDR2-1066CL5
    Samsung S-Spinpoint F1 750gb
    -Memory card reader
    Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 430

So my question is even if the psu is not so powerful, 430 Watts does not seem a bit light tp overclock the processor and graphics card?

You have a Seasonic Power Supply which is very good in terms but othewise with any cheap quality psu there might be a situation of disaster as concerned.

I asked this because it is often when you have a performance problem is probably the problem of psu. I was told that because I barely overclock a HD4850. Also I am limited with my Q6600.
Yet I have an Antec 500 Earthwatts which seems to be a good gear to me. So when I saw this config I was in doubt whether it will be a problem or not ...
