I managed to steady my Qx9650 to 4.2, but with a Vcore of 1.45, voltage that I find too high ..
I have not changed the other voltages of the mobo, but I will widen, because the settings of the striker II are quite complex ..

The difference between the Striker Extreme II and Striker II NSE is just at the maximum frequency supported.
Officially DDR3-2000 for the Striker Extreme II and DDR3-1600 for the NSE
