For this adjust the Vcore. You must see some improvement.

Being said about vcore, you sound to be 'noob' to it with that kind of overclock. Do you know setting functions from the bios? to a more stable overclock...

Why do you not just google? I do not know what motherboard or BIOS you have. Now you have probably installed real temp, to see the temps. But I would advice, read a guide, and read some articles on it on the web.

But raising the FSB and believe you are an over, released few good to be set at both the FSB, RAM, RAM timings, Vcore power, Memcore power, PCI Express speeds, etc., etc.

Overclocking is not as easy as some makes it sound occasionally.

    # 7 PCI Express speeds? Is it usually not to be on the normal?

Not always. On some motherboards are linked with the FSB.
Searching the forums can help you to find your answers more quickly

While the latest motherboard, you must play with PCI-E if you must over fair seriously, for it is not any graphics cards which seem to get over 100MHz at the gate.

I always tend to lock the rate fixed between 90-100MHz whatever as there is no negative experiences to bury sudden into.
