System shut down while watching a movie

Yesterday, I was watching a movie on my system and after about 30 mins the whole system shut down. WTF!

After testing I found that my case temp was 39C with 1280x1024 and 45C with 1920x1200 which could probably be the reason of CPU shutting down. What do you suggest? What should I do?

I regret for the second post but I want to be more specific about my query. Actually those temps are not the actual CPU temps but the temps inside the case. My CPU temp is up to 50-55 when idle and 65+ when loaded and at 1280x1024 resolution. And the temp goes very high when the resolution is set to 1920x1200.

If I would be in your place then I would have done water cooling to my case.

You can also go for some better and more powerful fans rather than going for water cooling. It would be beneficiary for your pocket also.
