Overclocking Q6600 Gb with P45, need some guide.

I have recently acquired a new Rig and I noticed some "setbacks" as the swap, something that I had not seen with my old computer :

CPU: Q6600 G0
CM: GA P45-DS3R Gigabyte CM: GA Gigabyte P45-DS3R
GPU: 8800GTS 512mo GPU: 8800GTS 512mb
RAM: DDR2 OCZ PC 8500 Reaper (4x1go) RAM: OCZ DDR2 PC 8500 Reaper (4x1go)
ALIM: ZALMAN 600W POWER SUPPLY: ZALMAN 600W

Various:
Fan-CPU ZAlman 9700\
-Box pretty well ventilated, a 120mm front and a rear, and a 80mm on the side.
-Win xp SP3 - Win XP SP3
I would like to know if any of you would have an idea of a setting filled?
Knowing that the original increase was a cpu X8, sudden I found myself with a cpu has 2.1ghz This was quickly resolved in the bios putting x9 , Just as the timing manufacturer into account (5-5-5-15). I would like to have one around 3ghz-3, 2ghz.

For your cpu, you are doing a montage in the bios you have to "load optimized default" then save and reboot and hope all goes well!
For bios @ downloaded the latest version (blue interface) on the site gigabyte and especially you uninstalled the older version before putting the new!
