What are the settings to overclock Q6600

Can anyone tell me the overclocking settings of Intel Q6600 cause i am building a new computer with Asus P5ke motherboard with 2 gb of Ram & also please note that am new to overclocking so go easy on me. Thanks for all the help

Maybe with an extra bit of effort in some information you didnt tell us what CPU you intended to use or some more specifications.

Well, he is using a Q6600 at what speed and he also didnt include the stepping or anything that is required.

Each chip are different so you cannot try the same setting for the processor by just looking at someone else overclocking. If you dont want to fry up the chip you should just step up the frequency to go higher & higher until it goes unstable.
