Amd 4000+ overclocking with Asus board

I have an Asus A8N32 SLI with amd 4000+ processor. What speed can i overclock it at stock cooling. Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you

You will get a minimal amount of overclock on it like 2.4 to 2.6 possibly

You wont be able to get a lot higher with your stock cooling. I was only able to overclock to 2.8ghz with my old build at stable consisting of amd 4000 on an asus 690 board with 2gb of ram.
