Vista + XP Mixed Enviroment Folder Redirection problem

Hello All,

Im encountering a problem. I have users desktop and start menu redirected by the server to the local machine using the string c:\documents and setting\all users\desktop. This worked great under xp. However now that vista has came along it gives all my users a "access denied" error upon login on the vista computers. I know about pointer folders already but im not sure if there is anything I can do.

Is there another path I should use that will work with both XP and Vista to point users to a common desktop and start menu?
