Vista ultimate SP1 and XP SP3 installation on Sony Vaio CR 36 G

I have bought a new Sony Vaio CR 36 G laptop.
It has got Vista Home.
I want to install Vista Ultimate SP1 and XP SP3 on it with dual boot facility.

Have u experianced any problems while or after Vista ultimate SP1 or XP SP3 installation on Sony Vaio CR 36 G.

I also want to know the steps for Dual booting Vista Ultimate SP1 and XP SP3 on Sony Vaio 36 G laptop which has been shipped with preinstalled Vista Home.

I have heard that different brands require different cracking/activating sowftwares for activating Vista Ultimate SP1.

I it is true then tell me that Which crack works for cracking/activating Vista Ultimate SP1 on Sony Vaio 36 G laptop ?
