DG33 FBC Windows XP installation, irql_not_less_or_equal, 0x80523e78

I am not able to install windows XP on my new mobo – DG33 FBC.
I using DDR2 533 Mhz.
I have connected DVD ROM drive to SATA0 and 320GB Hard Disk to SATA1.
40GB Hard Disk to IDE PATA

I am getting the following blue screen error:

I have had those blue screens when I bought a pathetic stick of RAM ..
AFter taking it out. everything is stable now

STOP 0x0A messages can be caused by a few things such as, EasyCD Creator, Norton AntiVirus, WinRoute... the list goes on. Do a search on the MS Knowledge Base for that stop # and see if anything is relevent to you.

I got the above Blue screen error while installing Windows XP.

I have installed DDR2 533 MHz RAM
will DG33 mobo support DDR2 533 MHz RAM????

I did some search on google and fond a post saaying that DG33 mobo requires Win XP with SP2/SP3 slip streamed or Vista.

So I installed Vista and everything is working fine.....

But still i ve one question.
I have installed DDR2 533 Mhz and DG33 supports DDR2 800 Mhz or >800MHz.

Will this damage my RAM????
