Cant start ICS (Server 03 EE)

Hello.

I try to start the Windows Firewall / Internet Connection Service (ICS) on a Server 2003 EE. I get the following error:

check the following services:

1. Remote Procedure call (RPC)
2. Windows Managegement Instrumentation
3. Eventlog
4. Network connections

if any of them are down, start them

Hello.

2 - 4 are running. But the status of 1 is unknown. I cant start or stop it.

Check the dependencies in the services window and make sure all of them are running.
