Hi. I can't delete either of these 2 files.

I tried "del *.*" and "rd i:\music /s" and that didn't work either
Other than that I have no idea what to do

I don't want to format the drive.

What do you recommend?

After disconnecting and reconnecting the device, the files seem to have disappeared.

However, the folder is still undeletable.

When I confirm "Yes" on the "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this folder" dialog, it vanishes and nothing happens. There are no error dialogs and the folder remains.

"rd i:\music /s" gives the error "The directory is not empty"
"dir i:\music" also shows no files

How can I delete this folder?

Make sure that there is no hidden files by going to Tools > Folder Options > View tab. It should be on the top, "hidden files and folders". Select Show Hidden Files and Folders. Then it should show anything that is left behind.
