techmaster is my neighbour and he shares his Internet using 24 online client. this is what he does.

1. Disables his Internal NIC
2. Logs onto 24 online
3. And then enables his internal NIC

It works perfect for him...

Aces, this solution is not working for me, beoz my ISP is using some new version of the client....

As I said, as og f now, the connection is working fine with sharing (files +internet)...the only issue is that I need to have both the m/c's on for accessing the net on any one.....
Desktop as the gateway and Laptop as the login client ..:-(

Let me see if I cna force my ISP to change some settings....

There are some issues going on with masky, but he has a point ( though he does go overboard at times.) You are a plain nuisance

yeah -- ur using a Speacialised software mechanism which is not common o ran international Standard like Dsl or Adsl. U should Expect help from only those who must have used the Sucking 24online Client, but its very Less people who know the inner basics of it. Its not Hard to configure -- but its Tricky

1- download 24 online client
2- right click on file and go to properties
3 -under compatibility tab choose run this prog on 95 or 2002 or xp
