Windows 8.1 very unstable

i have had to reset my windows 8.1 atleast 10 times in the past few months and am very unhappy with it

i am reseting it once again as i am writing this

when i am done reseting it i am not likely going to go up to 8.1

the problem i am having is with the metro apps including Windows store not working at all they flash up onto the screen then won't open but show up on the Taskbar

if anyone knows why this is happening again and again

also it would take alot of convincing to go back up to 8.1

All the Main metro apps are not working in Windows 8 Consumer Preview
