Check to see if you have permission to open the file:
- Right-click the file or folder, and then click Properties.
- Click the Security tab.
- Under Group or User names, click your name to see the permissions you have.
- Click Edit, and then click to check the check boxes for the permissions that you need, and then click OK.

thanks but your method doesn't helped me
i seperately installed malwarebytes anti-malware
it scanned my pc & restart my pc that's it, problem get fixed.
