    windows 8 and windows 8.1 is same or not .

    Windows 8.1 is bit better because it brings a few features. There is no big difference. Like it has work folder where you can sync your data with others. It has Mobile Device Management service through which you get better mobile connectivity with pc. You can customize the Start Screen, etc. Going for a new version is always good as it has less bugs compared to before.
