Disable charms bar in Windows 8

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 8. I would have get it with Windows 7 as well but as i wanted to try out the new Win 8 operating system, i told them to ship it with Windows 8 (obviously paid extra for the same). Well i like the new OS and its features but the only thing annoying me is that Charms Bar that appears from the right corner of the screen.

Most of the time while working with MS Word or Excel my mouse gets to the right corner due to which the charm bar appears and i need to leave typing and click somewhere else to make charm bar disappear. Well that is very irritating. There are lots more problem i ma having with the charm bar. Hence i tried to find out a way to get rid of it permanently but dint found any way.

Can anyone of you please provide me working method using which i can disable the charm bar forever? Thanks for you help.

Sorry to say buddy but there is no way to disable the Windows 8 Charm Bar. Actually there is no official way to do it, however you can do it by a Registry Hack which i dont know how to do. By the way charm bar has been provided to make your things easier and not to trouble you. I dont know how you getting problems with it.

The registry hack he is talking about for disabling the charms bar is like this:
Open RUN Command and type "regedit" without quotes followed by Enter.
Now navigate to the following registry key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ImmersiveShell
Here click 'ImmersiveShell' and create a new key.
    Name it as "EdgeUI"
Now click EdgeUI and on the right pane create 2 new DWORD keys and give them value of 1. Name these keys as:
    DisableTLcorner:
    DisableCharmsHint:

Thats it. Your charm bar will not appear anymore.

Yeah, that is the one way of disabling charm bar in Windows 8. But it could be only suitable for guys who know about registry, what about the newbies who have never played with registry keys? Also let me tell you that playing with registry is very dangerous and can harm your system badly. Hence, i got an alternate way.

Her is the small Registry Script which you have to just donwload, and double click to RUN. Allow the prompt and Thats it. It will do rest of the things on its own for you. If you want you can download the Registry Script from here.
