What are new changes in OS X Lion

Os X Lion is already out with more than 250 new features. I cannot list every one of them here. It is true that Lion brought something new to the Mac and apple platform. This would be the one where most Mac users have been expecting to release. However this is not the complete new package. It is a major upgrade from Mac OS X to OS X Lion. The new features can be easily find out when we start using it but I would like to know what are the changes made in this new OS as compared to the previous one. It must be said that Lion is quite a change from what we were accustomed.

Mac OS X Lion's obviously brings many new features, which on the whole, do not disturb you if you used previous versions of Snow Leopard. In addition to improved graphics, graphic transitions (open / closed window), there are some changes you can see on the new OS. Big news announced that the trackpad which should be soon a BAC +4 for Mac perfectly master. Fortunately for us, Apple has provided some demonstration videos. If you want to revert to scrolling Snow Leopard, follow this configuration by deselecting the "natural". Spotlight takes a little more space for better clarity of research findings. Mission Control, a better display of running applications with tabs behind it. Obviously, other novelties are in this new version of Mac OS X (200 total), as the automatic recording of your documents. No more data loss after a power failure or accidental closure. Safari is topspin with some new features and improvements such as automatic correction.

I think that that's not all; Mail 5 is in turn truly inspired by iPad. Mail 5 is also certainly the application that experienced the most change with the arrival of Snow Leopard. It looks like once again to be mistaken for the mail application of the Apple iPad. The organization of emails is rather confusing at first as we are used to the old interface. You can now add a flag of many colors on each email according to their importance, not bad. Sort your emails more easily. Animations are also prettier, with the effects of opening / closing and slide. Apple's browser, Safari, has not really changed much. However, we can note a possible switch to full screen (option rather interesting). A new bar indicating the download is also emerging in the interface. The protection system of the system is more enhanced than before. Encryption of data was more secure than in the previous OS. Airdrop is certainly one of the innovations on Mac OS Lion flagship. The sharing mode allows you to send a simple drag / drop, files between 2 machines on a network. Compatibility has never really been the highlight of Apple. Apple finally accepts its virtualization system! Leopard can totally live with the Lion.

I really like the Mail 5 in OS X Lion. Mail 5 now accepts gif animations, it was time phew! Spotlight, the search by mac, is now able to search even indexes. Copying using Spotlight is also simplified, so much the better. On your desktop, you can now combine several elements at once very simply using the "new folder with the selection." Time Machine has a new auto save practice. FTP functionality is gone, bad news for web developers. Trash has been completely revised (by date, type, date, size, etc ...). The elevators were also revised, more modern and less blue. In short, Mac OS X Lion is a must have, especially for a price so low. Ability to change the home screen (a miracle in the world of Mac).

As you know that the Apple proudly announced no fewer than 250 new features. Of these 250, only a few were presented in detail:
New multi-touch movement: Even concepts as applied to IOS but computer TouchPad.
    • Full-screen applications: Applications entirely full screen (GarageBand and iWork cities) to take advantage of the size of the screen up, accurate movement on the touch pad allows you to return to the desktop with a nice animation that Apple secrecy.
    • The "Mission Control": It is a kind of cockpit of your Mac, all open applications are represented and you can sort them by group, making multi-tasking clearer. Also at the end of a project you can close any application group at once.
    • Pause / Resume: Resume: a feature after all quite improved, but the break from the computer and its recovery at the breakpoint. The recovery is extremely accurate for any application, the system reboots for example with the selected text as when stopping.
    • The Mac App Store: exact equivalent of the App Store for iOS, you download applications directly through this interface.
    • Version: If you know "Time Machine" is the same. OS X Lion also auto-save unsaved documents regularly.
    • LaunchPad: With a flick of the hand on the pad, you can get on top of the launcher application (LaunchPad) where, as of IOS you can organize your applications on different pages and ranking them in different thematic .
