make vb.net setup windows7- 64 bit Processor

hi,

i have developed a project in vb.net with mysqlserver(odbc driver-3.51)

The configuration has developed system:

Os- Windows XP-Sp 2
Technology: .Net 2008(Ver 3.5)
Backend : MySql3.51
Bit Size : 32 bit Processor


Target Machine has,

Os- Windows 7 Home Premium(Original)
Technology: .Net 2008(Ver 3.5)
Backend : MySql3.51
Bit Size : 64bit Processor



i have created vb.net setup in developed system as 32 bit machine. now install the windows 7,64 bit processor machine it has installed successfully, but not execute our project exe file.



the error was show in dialog box,it has two options are follows

i) check online for solution and close this program

ii) Close the program


i selected the first option, it is progressing, then close. No improvement on our exe file.


how to rectify this problem, i mentioned all details in the above, if u have any other information,

I would like to suggest you the following steps and so that you can solve your issue and to do this you need to go through the following steps: first open the project and go to the Go to Project menu and under that make click on the properties. Now on the properties go to the compatibility tab and under that make click on the Advanced Compile Options. Now here select anyone instated of AnyCPU. Now once you done and after that go through your issue.

I've tried to change the advanced compile option in properties of project and i installed the target machine(client machine). it has occurred same error in windows 7 (64 bit) Machine.

Incase if you need an exe file then what you can do is simply change the compile configuration to Release and then go to Build > Build YOURAPPNAME and it will build the exe along with other resource, document files and so forth. These files are stored in your bin folder. If you right click on the project in your solution explorer there should be an option that says "Open Folder in Windows Explorer" click that and then navigate to your bin folder. There should be a Debug and Release folder inside.

i have created setup at .net 2008 target framework 2.0 (windows server 64 bit processor) while this setup is tried to install the windows 7 64bit processor. It install perfectly but it could not open .

Bit Size : 64bit Processor

ERROR message is shows)

check online for solution and close this program .
