I will suggest you to try out what I have suggested in my very first post and then post back the requested details and for now you can try downloading and installing a free program called ?Advanced SysytemCare? for cleaning up the system and tuning the performance, I have been using the same from a long time and I think that it is one of the best, it is very easy to use, it comes with quick system analyzer and optimizer which help in fixing out common issues and will boost the performance of the system and will keep it stable as well, just try it out and then let me know if it is making any difference in your case or not and make sure that you are disabling all the start up program so as to carry out the first test.
