sad DVD Not burning in Nero 9 in Windows 7

hello sir my os windows 8 consumer im using nero 9 and burn the disk but nero error power calibration felled how to solution this problem others software try but problem same administer tool service bhi check karli service not find IMAPI CD BURNING COM SERVICE

I have not understood what you are trying to explain, can you just explore your issue in detail?? and which operating system you are actually having, you have mentioned Windows 7 in the title where as windows 8 consumer in the post, things are pretty confusing here, so just provide more information regrading your issue.
