The Bios in the system is not fully ACPI compliant

Hi,

After completion of installing Windows 7 ultimate 32bit on a new dell Laptop N5110, I got a blue screen with following error:

The Bios in the system is not fully ACPI compliant. please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS.

BIOS Version: A09

Any help please.

In order to fix this issue you will need to contact your system manufacturer to find the bios copy which is ACPI compliant. Or else you can try to install Standard PC hardware abstraction layer (HAL). that can be done via windows disc. Boot from Windows disc and when the blue screen appear press F7 when you see the message Press F6 if you need to install a third-party SCSI or RAID driver. Remember you have to press F7 not F6. Once you do that Windows will disable ACPI HAL and enable Standard PC HAL.

The CD that I used was cracked windows 7, so I used another CD and worked fine.
