Following loads of problems with my computer I have finally scanned my core system installation files + found some faulty ones. The scan program (WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe) asked me to insert my original CD-ROM, which I did. Unfortunately the original disk is 'Windows XP Media Center Version 2005 Service Pack 2'. I have downloaded Service Pack 3 since getting my computer. The scan program can't repair the files unless I actually insert the CD-ROM: Windows XP Media Center Version 2002 Service Pack 3 ! How can I get hold of this actual CD-ROM for the repair? I have been receiving ongoing help from Bullguard, who say that I really must get or borrow this CD for the repair. Thanks!
