How to change default Date/Time color in Windows 7?

I have seen Date/Time color as yellow/gold in the system tray of Windows 7 in the screenshot of some forum and now I am willing to try out the same but then I don?t have an idea about it and how to change the default Date/Time color, is there anyone who can help me out with it??? Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

I think that they might be using recommend Style Builder but then I don?t think it is for free and if you are not having any issues with the same then you can check them out.

As far as I know it is possible to do the same using Windows Style Builder if you are using default aero theme and if it is custom then you will have to contact the theme maker, if you want then you can try using Uxstyle App as well, it will help you out. Just check it out and then let me know if you have any further issues in dealing with the same.
