How to reinstall mail app on Windows 8 Consumer Preview?

Recently I have installed Windows 8 Preview on my computer. I have selected Exchange rather than that of the local settings. I have uninstalled mail application as well as all the applications which I have installed for the purpose of communication. I got the settings but I am not able to reinstall all the programs which I have deleted. If you are having any useful information.

After going through the problem of yours I wanted to tell you that you should visit the Store and look out for the app over there. you can redownload the app and install the same on your computer. in this particular situation I wanted to tell you POP3/IMAP functionality could be added into mail app at the time of future release of operating system.
