Can I use Knoppix on my computer?

so far I have used various version of Linux on my computer. I had given try to UBUNTU 10.10,Linux mint , Opensuse 11.3. from the above three version of Linux ubuntu and fedora not having GUI and they are running on terminal. opensuse is launching without having any issue and its freezing input devices keyboard and mouse. People are saying that I should switch to knoppix it needs less system requirement.
Following is the system configuration.

2.67 GHz intel P4 processor
1 Gb of RAM
32 bit machine
No graphic card installed on system

Any useful information would be appreciated.

As you are saying that you are not having any graphic card then I mean to say you are using video card which has been integrated with the motherboard. On the basis of that it can also have intel, nvidia or ATI chipset. I am assuming that Knoppix would run your computer without having any issue. Perosnally I got great results while using Mandriva One live CD.

Well I am sure about the thing that Knoppix will run flawlessly on your computer. the only way to find out the fact is that you should download it and burn it on your disk and see whether it is causing any issue.

Xubuntu is having test of UBUNTU. It would not require high powered CPU and RAM. Also it is not having graphic demand. On my computer I am running OpenSUSE 12.1 with XFCE windows system. it won’t run with graphics intensive Gnome or KDE. Xubuntu is well known for the computers which are having small amount of RAM.
