You can also do this with the help of the Windows Defender in order to manage the Windows startup. This is available by default in Windows Vista/7 and with the help of this, you will be able to inspect/manage all your startup programs.

There are many of the third party software available which will help you to edit all the startup programs for any of the user profile. Other than the startup programs, you will also be able to enable or disable some of the shell extension, Browser Helper Objects, some of the Internet Explorer add-ons, Winsock provider and also drivers. |

You can set that without any problem from the Windows only. Other than the programs, you will also be able to start some individual files like word-processing document by just dragging that file to the startup folder. For more details about this, you can visit this. |

All the programs that you want in the start up must be placed in the start up folder and when you do that then every time you start the computer, all those ;programs will be automatically loaded. |
