Virus causes Windows to "Delayed Write Failed" and showing Critical Error

My system seems like infected by a very serious virus and it is causing much damage to all the components. There are frequent error messages saying the file is corrupted or unreadable due to hardware problem. Other than this system also prompts”HDD clusters are partly damaged. Segment load failure.". I didn’t see this kind of issue ever before. I know that it is due to the virus attack because few days ago my antivirus get disabled and I didn’t observed that. Now it is showing many issues. I have updated it but no help. Is there any better way to clean up this mess?

To correct the errors of the system is in desktop and right click on the hard disk where windows and do properties. Go to the Tools tab and check that now and check the two boxes. Windows will request restart, do it. When restarting, the analysis will be done. Do not touch anything and let them. It can take time. After download CCleaner for free. Install it and run it. You can get rid of unnecessary files that are on your pc (it does not in any way you delete important files or programs).

Compared with its predecessors, Windows 7 remarkably safe and reliable. Nevertheless, the operating system is far from being perfect: the PC cannot boot itself, annoying malware infected your disks, your important files simply disappear. The Windows 7 System Recovery Disc is a bootable disk that allows us, for example, to restore the computer to perform a certain point, fix Windows startup problems, or do a full restore of Windows 7 as if it were just out of factory, run diagnostic process that can check the status of our computers, etc..

Keep in mind that not all installations of Windows 7 that allow you to create System Recovery Discs. To check if our version of Windows 7 allows us to create this recovery disk, press the Windows key + R, enter "recdisc.exe" and press Enter.

At this point, if a window appears where you can create the disk, our copy of Windows is enabled. Simply insert a CD or DVD and press Enter.
