Wireless network laggy after installing Windows 7

After changing window xp to window 7 my wireless in my house become very lag and sometimes cannot connect to the internet for my other laptop and ipad.

Can you tell me about the system configuration? It is necessary to know what type of hardware you are using. For the time being you can disable autotuning. It will allow you to improve the speed of data transfer over the network which you have been connected. Also you can go through below mentioned links.
