unable to connect the wifi in ubuntu 11.10 for dell XPS M1530

i just bought the new updation on my laptop so when i am try to update the ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10 so but now while i just try it from the net menu that i can saw that in the top of the corner so there i am not getting any of the solution only some option have been able to to see that edit connection ,vpn connection, wired network etc. so any know the better idea help us?

all the thing that must i can be do but the i must need to kept the wired connection for right now and i must want try all the terminal command that also want to work in 11.04 but i want able to see any of the possible thing on the ubuntu 11.10.

hi while i am facing the problem that time i done some thing that i just have to fixed it by activating all the broad com STA driver then after i think it must be work.

hi just bought a new laptop dell XPS M1530 and i have face all the problem for the connection but unable to connect the wifi on my laptop then after i check to the dell websites so that i unable to get the detail that whether the models number having the wifi function on this laptop so i just upload a unbuntu 11.10 on y laptop that i don't know the problem did face from my laptop or from the Unbuntu.
