Screen flicker in OS X Lion when copying files

After upgrading to OS X Lion. When dragging a file from a folder to generate a copy on my desktop I acquire a sudden video style tear/flicker on my display. It only happens once and only when I release the mouse button after dragging the file to my desktop. Anyone else acquire this?

I am also having this trouble and was wondering if it had something to do with the graphics card. I'm running MacBook Pro with a switching Intel HD 3000 / Raedon HD 6750M. I wonder if it has something to do with the video card switching for that assignment.

I've been having the same issue on both a work system which is a Mid 2010 Dual Quad-Core Mac pro with a GeForce GT 120 graphics card and new 2011 home system which is a 2X6 Core Mac Pro with dual Radeon 5770 cards. all three graphic card having the similar matter. Mine seems to above all be when copying to my desktop. Always acquire the flicker as drag over desktop from folder just before dropping.

I'm seeing the weird black /white flicker when dragging files down towards the dock. It merely started after updating lion from the initial 10.7 to the most recent update. I'm in a mid 2010 MacBook pro. I also had just updated that macBook pro video update around the similar time. Seems to happen pretty time after time.

Same happens here. When a file is dragged from e.g. Downloads and is hovering over the desktop. I hope fix will be released as soon as possible.
