got problem on bit locker

hello! I am having windows 7 ultimate 64 installed on my system i tried to encrypt my 2nd partition E: using bitlocker and after all when i tried to unlock it by my password also the BitLocker Recovery Key IT does not work. The real problem now is when I used the cmd to solved the problem it does not allow me to use as administrator. oh NO pls help me guys.

Click on Start and in the search box type Bitlocker. Click to open. Choose your partition and choose Turn off Bitlocker. It will take some time to decrypt your drive back and your partition will be unlocked. There are some tools which can be use for Bitlocker driver encryption. It is a powerful security feature so you must be careful before using it.
