System Error (102) -event 1003 -win2003 Sbs

my win2003 sbs server sunddent reboot and it give message
(0x00000050,(0xebb900000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0xdeadbad))

can some one tell me what cause this problem ?

First check your systems driver update. You must have to most recent drivers specially for the networks. Second download and install Prima95. This tools check the ram and cpu performance. If still the test fails, it leads to some kind of hardware failure. Get a backup of data from your system and then go for any kind of troubleshooting. Follow the below link for more information.
