Vista will not start on Gateway laptop

My laptop will not boot up. I have a blue screen and it says Stop: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x885F7500, 0x885F764C, 0x83676AB0. I have been trying to fix the problem with my rescue cd from kaspersky and windows vista disk. I have done sfc/scannow and chkdsk. It will not start in safe mode or last configuration. I have tried a lot of methods in the forums short of re-installing operating system. Please I need HELP!!!!
