I install this Mac OS X Lion Launchpad in last week and now I think the size of icons present on this Launchpad is very small. Is there any way that works to reduce size of icon in this Launchpad? Thanks for any help.

The monitor size determines icon size. Using this monitor size your system can automatically sized to fit an 8 by 5 grid. Then if you want to reduce size of icon then try to reduce size of your monitor. Try this and locate the result onto your system. Try this and see what happen on it.
This task is possible using gconf-editor. You need to download and install gconf-editor on your system. Then open Apps->nautilus->icon->view. This option shows you the number of different thumbnail size. Use this number of size and set the size as per your demand. Try this and see what happen onto it. Gconf-editor is an application for the GNOME computer desktop environment. It will eventually have special knowledge of these formats.
The icon size depends on the dock size. if you want small icons then you need to use Big dock and if you think to adjust the big icons then you need to set the small dock on this Mac OS X system. It's actually a part of the Dock app. Hope they change it. Then adjust this dock size and see the behavior of icons present on this Launchpad.
