Instal SQL 2008 on SBS 2008 Standard

I have a copy of SBS 2008 standard and a copy of SQL Server 2008.

I had them on separate machines but one machine mobo fried and I want to put SQL on the SBS 2008 machine.

Xeon 3110--2 core, with 8GB RAM

    1. Is it possible?
    2. Are there any gotchas?
    3. Is there any reason to run esxi and put both on vms on same machine instead?
