    program not found-skipping autocheck

When booting up I get the message:
"program not found-skipping autocheck" 3 times and then go to usual login prompt. Everything appears to work but I read in other threads that people have received this error in a continual loop and couldn't log in. I'd like to avoid that. Any idea how to resolve? The autocheck files is in the windows\system32 folder. I ran a chkdsk but that didn't help. How can I boot to dos prompt to manually run autocheck if you think that might work?

    Thanks!

Disregard. I found autocheck in the registry and took the "garbage" out of the key. Boots like a charm now
