Getting error code 80073701 while installing Windows Service Pack 1

Hello I am working with the windows 7 64 bit operating system and last night I have tried to installed the service pack 1 but every time while doing this I have got the error message saying that:” error code 80073701” and I am not able to install the windows service pack 1 on mine system. Now I don’t what to do and I have also tried the possible all solution to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Before installing the windows service pack on your system you need to go through the below steps: first of all make sure your enough of disk space on your system, if you don’t have enough of disk space on your system then you will face the error message and error code. Secondly make sure your system updated latest version and so therefore its necessary to make windows updated before installing the windows service pack on your system. Go through the all steps and after that make sure your getting the issue or not.

Have tried to make system file checker on your system and after that make installing the windows service pack on your system. First run or perform the system file checker on your system and after that make install the windows service pack on your system. To run the system file checker you need to go through the below steps: first make click on the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the search and after that type cmd on the search. Now on the result make double click on the command prompt and after that type the below command on the command prompt and after that press the enter key:

Sfc/scannow

Now while doing this you will get the successful message and after that reboot the system for the best result and ten try to install the windows service pack.

May be antivirus or antispyware programs might run during the installation and due to that you’re not able to install the service pack on your system and so therefore I would like to suggest you to make disable or turn off the antivirus or antispyware programs on your system and after that try to install the service pack on your system.
