Boot-up problems with Windows 7 starter

Got a Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3 with Windows 7 Home Starter, it has major startup delays sometimes over an hour, it's new (supposedly brand new with warranty), but I want to try and solve the problem rather than take it back. I think it could be due to the operating system. When I start to boot it up, it leaves a black screen for ages and then give the option to do a Disk Check, but even that goes really slow, Any ideas or solutions to my problem, please reply.

I think that the system restore can help you. So you can try by doing the system restore to see if that solves the problem or not. But the best thing would be to contact the dealer as it is under warranty.
