I think this must be the old laptop model I mean one of those laptop which would be using the DOS command still and there are still many laptop in market and been used by people and these laptops don’t have many such option so I don’t think you got to worry about this because this does comes with the windows itself so I think this wont be the problem in any of the new laptops and all and I know many of such laptop which was been using Dos and they dint had this option.

OK dear I think he must have formatted the Laptop and there must be some problem in formatting I would ask you to tell him that he should format it once again which different CD and I am sure that he would get it back because such stuffs to happen is very tuff until the model is very old because some of the old model I know which wasn’t that advanced that it would have had such advance option so either there is a problem in the windows installation or the problem is with the model number.
