installing windows vista from hard disk

i am using dell 1501 laptop which i purchased with original vista cd . luckily i copy the whole cd in my e drive (3rd partition ) now i am in very remote area and i dont have cd and dvd drive with me , i am currently using pirated version of xp how i will install vista from my 3rd drive ( e drive ) to c:? ( i tried from xp its starts from xp but when system restarts during installation it again asks for VISTA DVD )
please help me out to use genuine version of vista

That is not possible for you to install the Windows vista directly from the E drive that you are using , but the booting option that you are using , to do that you would either need to convert the file in an ISO image and then mount the same image on daemon tools , or alcohol 120 % which suits you the best ( and mind you that the installation file of those software should not be in the same folder as that you are trying to format or update , and then run the ISO image as you run an normal bootable CD , On the other way round if you have a pen-drive , you can alternatively boot that on it and then install to on your system.
