Unable to remove "mask" over virus on Windows 7

Yesterday I have installed the Mozilla Firefox update. After this my laptop totally shut down 3 times. Afterward today it looks like that there is a mask in excess of nearly all windows. For instance, following I log in; the Welcome screen is all white and it continued same for task bar, for Firefox and so on. I was not still capable to open whichever software nowadays. It is just not allowing me open and instead it is showing some kind of rogue error message. I have somehow managed to put. Superantispyware and Avira. Both of them cleared 2 viruses along with 200+ items. Laptop is working better now but actually there is still some stuff left behind.

Sometimes, the virus must be physically detached. Usually, it is a technological procedure that must simply be made by PC users who have knowledge with the Windows registry and recognize how to sight and remove system files and programs within Windows. The foremost step is to make out the virus. Run the antivirus software to spot the name of virus. If you have an antivirus otherwise the program does not notice the virus, you can recognize if you observe confirmation of their performance. Write text messages sent through the virus or if you established the virus by means of email, write the subject line or attachment name to the message. On the website of the antivirus seller, discover exact references to these signs that you wrote to attempt to discover the virus name and the instructions to get rid of it.

I think that the virus has created an entry in X: \ System Volume Information \ _Restore \ (X is any drive letter) To remove a virus from restore should clear the system restore, this is so that after removing the virus, or malware, not again restored when you restart or shut down, i.e. it should not work the option virus, Trojan or spyware auto-start. Once removed after disabling system restore the virus does not reappear more.

The update of a program or operating system or any other tool is very important in security. Failure to upgrade an operating system would allow a malicious user from entering your PC through a bug (a bug in the application) and could take control of it. So cannot update a program or tool. It is very important to use "Windows Update" as this tool is that you can update the Windows OS.

Find out about the services that run your PC normally, and check the services if your computer behaves strangely (can detect a Trojan, spyware, etc in the tasks that the PC is doing. If none of the antivirus helped you resolve the issue then I think that you should find any expert way if you don’t want to format your computer. I am using Kaspersky Antivirus. It is complete system of prevention, detection and elimination of hundreds of viruses and Trojans. One of the most effective antivirus and considered by many as the best scanner for viruses. I didn’t get any issue with this thing yet.
