First of all I would like to suggest you to go through your same issue on the safe mode and after that let me know the issue. To start your system on the safe mode you need to go through the following steps. First close the all application on your system and after that restart the system. While restarting your system hit the F8 key constantly and after that you will get the advance boot menu and under that select the safe mode. Now once you start your system with the safe mode and after that go through your issue.

I think your systems have been corrupted by the virus and so therefore I would like to suggest you to perform the scanning and after that let me know the issue. Go to the some of the official website and after that install any good antivirus on your system and after that make scan on your system. If you have antivirus then make scanning on your system and after that go through your issue. I hope this will help you to solve you issue.

I would like to suggest you to run System Restore using preinstalled recovery options and after that let me know the issue. To do this go through the below steps:
  • Take away all floppy disks, CDs, plus DVDs from your PC, and after that start again your computer via the PC power button.
  • Now push and grasp the F8 key as your PC resume. Make sure that you require pushing F8 previous to the Windows logos come out.
  • On the Advanced Boot selection display, make use of the arrow keys to emphasize Repair your PC, and after that push Enter.
  • Choose a keyboard layout, and after that snap on Next.
  • On the System Recovery selection section, select the System Restore, and after that go behind the information.
