First of all I would like to suggest you to go through your same issue on the safe mode and after that let me know the issue. To start your system on the safe mode you need to go through the following steps. First close the all application on your system and after that restart the system. While restarting your system hit the F8 key constantly and after that you will get the advance boot menu and under that select the safe mode. Now once you start your system with the safe mode and after that go through your issue. |
